CX-Launch Manager

Main duties & key responsibilities:

  • Organize, plan, and monitor customer requests in coordination with the Customer Experience (CX) team to provide optimized service and support for all launch orders and service-related matters.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers during the launch phase, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement internal processes to coordinate product launches, improve efficiency, and strengthen customer relationships, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (e.g., Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Quality, Production) to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of products and services associated with launches.
  • Establish clear communication channels and tools to enable seamless interaction between PharmaPath and its customers.
  • Proactively inform customers of any changes related to launches, orders, or supply issues, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, utilizing digital platforms and systems for efficient issue resolution.
  • Organize and lead kickoff meetings and regular status updates with customers to align expectations and track launch progress.
  • Gather, analyze, and act upon customer feedback, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in the launch experience.
  • Develop deep understanding of market-specific launch needs and regulatory requirements, ensuring PharmaPath remains aligned with evolving customer expectations.
  • Monitor the material needs (API, excipients, unprinted packaging materials) for the launches in cooperation with the Supply dpt.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of prior experience in supply chain, launch management, or customer service in the pharmaceutical industry (B2B or B2C) or CDMO environment is required
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong IT proficiency, including experience with MS Office and project tracking tools.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and manage timelines effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Customer-centric mindset, focused on delivering high-quality service and building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and perform well under pressure
  • Proactive and independent, yet a strong team player with a collaborative approach.
  • Capable of managing complex tasks and solving problems with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Well-developed analytical and planning skills, with strong attention to detail and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
