Main duties & key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that production & packaging schedule is up to date and that scheduled tasks can be implemented with no risk
  • Determining the status of assigned projects, expediting operations that delay schedules and altering schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
  • Ensuring that all parties are fully cognizant of production status and that work planning and execution objectives are integrated and communicated
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting performance KPIs, utilizing information derived from material and production control systems
  • Monitoring and managing inventory levels according to corporate policy
  • Analyzing demand planning and plant capacity data in order to mitigate supply chain and resources’ risks
  • Participating in transfer projects
  • Designing, leading and/or participating in OPEX projects, promoting cost-saving and compliance developments
  • SOPs writing and revision, so supply chain activities are consistent with latest established quality and working status
  • Continuous training of supply chain personnel

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is a plus
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Planning , preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience in managing teams or supervising direct reports within supply chain, logistics, or a related setting
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end supply chain processes
  • Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and execute projects effectively within tight deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision or collaboratively within a team
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving objectives and driving continuous improvement
  • Excellent knowledge and handling of both verbal and written English language
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office tools (Word – Excel – Outlook – Internet explorer)
  • Experience with product launches or new market entries is considered an asset
